A 90 Day 1-on1 Coaching Experience for Men

The Groundwork Program is built for men who want to get stronger in body, mind, and direction. It follows the same foundation as the Alpha Qi Pledging Program but with more freedom and personal focus.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, get ripped, improve chronic health conditions, manage stress and anxiety, build confidence, or advance in your career, the work begins the same way. With one-on-one coaching, we’re able to move through this process with your focus at the forefront, while still strengthening the foundation that everything else rests on.

Inside the Work

You will move through three focused phases over ninety days. Each phase builds on the one before it.

Month 1 – Foundation

The first step is clarity. Identify your pillars, define your values, question your limiting beliefs, and map out key areas of your life that need attention. This is where you start turning awareness into a foundation you can build on.

 

Month 2 – Alignment

From there, you will learn practical tools that help you turn your foundational insights into habits, rituals, and systems. You will start to see structure take shape in your life centered around your values.

 

Month 3 – Integration

You will then begin to live what you have built. This is where consistency forms identity. You will carry the practices into your career, fitness, and everyday life so they become a part of how you move through the world.

Pricing & Commitment

The Groundwork Program Includes:

  • 12 one-hour private coaching sessions (in-studio or virtual)

  • Unlimited access to Alpha Qi Athletics classes throughout the program

  • A 42-day mind-body challenge designed around your specific values and goals

  • Personalized assignments and accountability tools

  • Daily check-ins with your mind-body coach between sessions

  • A guided integration phase after completion to help you stay grounded in what you’ve built

Program Investment

  • $1,800 total

  • or 3 monthly payments of $650

 
Each session averages $150 per hour. This investment includes all 12 sessions and every program perk listed above.
 
A $300 deposit secures your spot; the remainder is billed monthly during the program.
