Step One: Begin the Journey
Start by training with us through Alpha Qi Athletics. Meet the brothers, build real connections, and earn a referral from a current member. Along the way, you’ll be preparing to hit the physical and lifestyle benchmarks that open the door to pledging.
Step Two: Pledge the Fraternity
This is the heart of the journey. Pledging is a structured a five-week program guided by a Pledge Master (Mind-Body Coach). It’s where your foundation is built, giving you new tools and perspectives that carry into every part of your life.
Step Three: Stand as a Brother
You made it, bro! Completing the pledging journey is your rite of passage into Alpha Qi Fraternity.


Meet once a week for 2½ hours over five weeks with your new pledge brothers and an experienced Alpha Qi Pledge Master.
Each meeting begins with Alpha Qi Athletics, a shorter flow drawn from our signature class to help you move, breathe, and align before we drop in together.
From there, we shift into Alpha Qi Council, a space for learning, reflection, and integration. Each week explores a new theme through guided coaching and open discussion with your brothers. You’ll develop personal rituals and goals that create real change, and you’ll also team up with a weekly accountability partner (your wingman!) for support between sessions.
Pledging: Weekly Discussion Themes
What do you truly value, and is your life built around it? From there, we dive into the core pillars of growth and start shaping your Next Level Identity.
Now that your direction is clear, it’s time to build the systems to back it up. Week two is about locking in daily rituals, breaking old patterns, and launching a 21-day challenge to hardwire your next-level identity into real-life action.
You become who you surround yourself with. Week III explores how brotherhood fuels growth, how community shapes your evolution, and what it means to choose your circle with intention.
You weren’t built to be tired and disconnected. Most guys are unknowingly killing their edge. This week, we dive into the primal patterns that naturally reignite sexual vitality. We also explore the hidden impacts of porn, hormone disruptors, and modern habits that drain a man’s vitality.
In our final pledging week, we explore how mindfulness shows up in everyday actions: how you breathe, move, speak, and choose. We reflect on the tools and practices you've built over these weeks and how to use them to move forward in life and in your new brotherhood.

Your foundation's set. You've earned your place as an active brother and the perks that come with it. Some brothers stay here and keep building through classes, community, and connection.
Big Brother Program
For those who want to keep going, the next step is a five week progression that mirrors the pledging format. Each week continues to build on Alpha Qi Athletics and accountability, this time diving deeper into discussions on nutrition, life balance, primal sexuality, and leadership.
Stand as a Leader
After completing the program, you step forward as a Big Brother, mentoring new pledges, leading from experience, and gaining access to exclusive privileges, unlimited classes, and members-only events.

No, this isn’t therapy. Our experienced coaches guide discussions to stay focused on practical tools and actionable steps, not just talking through feelings. While emotions might come up, especially when covering important parts of your life, the goal is always to support you and then bring the group back to mindset shifts and strategies that help you move forward.
One thing that sets Alpha Qi apart is your say in who you train alongside. No walking in blind. Before committing to a pledge class, you’ll see exactly who your potential brothers are.

Whether you join a curated class or gather your own, leadership always ensures every group upholds Alpha Qi’s standards, protecting the integrity, safety, and power of our brotherhood.
The goal would be that everyone attends the 5 meetings so that we gel and grow together. However, if you need to miss one, that is totally fine.
We have had brothers zoom/video chat in when they were out of town. Not ideal but workable for maybe one of the meetings if unavoidable and this way you still feel connected and like you didn’t miss much. Also, please prioritize making the very first 2 sessions as we lay the groundwork for our brotherhood and set expectations.
Dress code for all AQ classes and programs is loose-fitting shorts or sweats. No shirt or shoes. Free-balling or boxers are encouraged to promote natural circulation and energetic flow. We recommend organic cotton to avoid synthetic chemicals that can impact sexual health and testosterone. Please avoid colognes and synthetic deodorants.
